We came to Dr. Golan following a recommendation from another ENT doctor who explained to us that Uri's case was particularly complex, and Dr. Golan was the most suitable doctor for the task due to his unique specialization in noses and being up-to-date with all methods and innovations in the field. When we arrived for the first consultation with Dr. Golan, we were very impressed by his professionalism and meticulousness, and we knew we had chosen correctly - he examined Uri thoroughly, reflected his condition to us, and explained what could and could not be achieved in surgery in an honest and open manner, without false promises. At the next pre-surgery meeting, he performed a simulation and allowed Uri to express his opinion and influence the result. The surgery itself was performed as planned, followed by an overnight hospitalization in comfortable conditions with close medical monitoring and treatment. Dr. Golan came to visit after the surgery, called in the evening to inquire about Uri's well-being and instruct the medical team, and also came the next day to check on Uri and discharge him home. The day after, when we were already at home, Dr. Golan called me again, asked how Uri was doing and answered my questions. Beyond the confidence and trust in Dr. Golan as a surgeon, his exceptional availability and accessibility provided me as a mother with the peace of mind I needed.
