''Never in my life has it happened to me that I, as the patient, am the one who wants and asks to write a review. Usually the institution is the one that asks the client/patient and not the other way around. I want to say that I have never encountered such good service and experience with the treating specialist Dr. Sergey Vosko and the amazing Stephanie. For 4 months now I have been in the pre-surgery process, and this is mostly due to an ongoing saga with the Migdal health insurance company that caused a delay in the process. From the beginning, Dr. Vosko accompanied with kindness and professionalism the understanding of the process, and Stephanie, who works alongside him, supported fully for any question, problem, ability to help, practical help with treating professionals, exceptional willingness, quick response with answers always, and above all patience with my constant questions throughout all 4 months. Not for a moment did she let up in going the extra mile for me.
All my appreciation and gratitude to this amazing team that works together in serving the client in a way that all institutions should take a lesson and learn from them. I had several options to undergo the surgery for free without the need for commitment and an exhausting process, but I knew one thing from the moment of the video call with Dr. Vosko. When you meet such a professional, you immediately understand that under his care you want and are willing to place your body without hesitation. I did not have a moment of doubt and knew that this is the surgeon I am going to!!! Even if I would have to pay privately without commitment from the insurance company.
Many words I can still say about the team, and without doubt I will warmly recommend everywhere I have influence and ability to help others with achalasia disease to choose Dr. Vosko and the amazing Stephanie standing beside him.
