We were referred to Dr. Meni Beracha by a surgeon who removed a mole without mentioning the name of another doctor.
On the same day we spoke with him and after brief explanations and a description of the case from our side, Dr. Beracha scheduled an appointment for us for the following week.
When we arrived at the clinic and after an examination and review of the medical file, he scheduled surgery for the week after.
He detailed the entire process and answered every question we had.
Also, that week he was attentive and most importantly very reassuring.
He was available for any question and always answered.
On the day of surgery he gave an explanation before and after the surgery and always in a pleasant and reassuring manner, which is important at eye level.
In the days after the surgery he was always available for our questions and with answers about phenomena that occurred.
He knew how to reassure us in everything until receiving the final results and even after we received them.
And this is without mentioning the surgery itself which was performed in the most professional manner, as after two months you can barely see a scar.
To sum up, we have no words to say thank you for all the listening and patience.
