Through the health insurance they referred to a hand specialist, but needed a foot, ankle, knee specialist. A hand specialist certainly would not have examined, not his field, nor a general practitioner either, they would have described complaints according to the patient's words and sent a standard report to the family doctor that there was a visit and complaints. Dr. Klassov examined, gave many important recommendations and advice. We went privately, got in very quickly, literally in 3 days, could have gotten in earlier but late in the evening. We talked about many things, besides what we came for. From many doctors you leave with negative feelings and anger, not understanding why you came after a long wait in line. After the appointment with Dr. Klassov, positive feelings remained. Before leaving, he gave his business card and said: call or leave a message on WhatsApp, for any question, I will answer as best I can. I had a question, I wrote on WhatsApp, received an answer.
