Dr. Aviram has undergone extensive training and specializes in placing dental implants, same-day dental implants, zygomatic implants, and more. He is one of the few dentists in Israel certified by the Ministry of Health to conduct dental implant procedures under full anesthesia or sedation. His clinic is among the select few approved by the Ministry of Health to perform dental implants under sedation and even general anesthesia. Dr. Aviram Meir was the first in the world to develop and perform a computer-guided implantation technique for zygomatic implants, and he has also developed additional devices for oral implantology. In addition, the clinics employ specialists in root canal treatments, surgeons, gum disease experts, and more.
