The treatment and attitude at the facility were excellent, but during the preliminary conversation, I received incorrect information about the reimbursement I would receive from the insurance, and I made the appointment solely based on this. In reality, at the location, I was told that I cannot receive the reimbursement as I was informed prior to the treatment. I would appreciate a response.
