''Fast service, everything was organized in an orderly manner from appointment scheduling, communication with the staff, to the treatment itself. Dr. Kaplan was attentive, professional, explained everything including doubts that arose after the surgery. Additionally, a few hours after mother was discharged home, the clinic called to ensure she was feeling well.
I highly recommend, beyond Dr. Kaplan's professionalism, the overall experience was excellent.

''I underwent surgery to remove a malignant carcinoma on my scalp. I asked about the scar that would remain and the hair loss. Dr. Kaplan said the tumor was large, that hair would initially fall out but would grow back.
Usually people write reviews the day after surgery. I am writing 8 months later. Dr. Kaplan and his team (including the staff at Assuta) are wonderful, attentive, and sensitive. I went through the surgery, and indeed, after a few weeks the surgical area healed nicely. I did not need painkillers, and the recovery was simple. After a few weeks, hair started growing back around the area, and only a small, thin, and barely noticeable scar remained. I forgot I had even had surgery on that area of my scalp. Dr. Kaplan is wonderful, caring, and an excellent surgeon. His team is very caring and professional.
I am very pleased that I chose Dr. Kaplan for this surgery and recommend him wholeheartedly.
