I arrived feeling anxious and mainly tired and frustrated with the process up to that point.
The first encounter was with the clinic, where from the first moment I felt I had come to the right place - courteous, professional, and efficient staff, full transparency, and communication both in-person and digitally (most communicate only by phone, and I checked quite a few private doctors whose response quality was subpar, to say the least).
Now to the point, Dr. Aliza is what you're looking for in a doctor - transparent, detailed, empathetic, and professional at the highest level! I underwent surgery to remove a lesion that was completely removed (very important) in a challenging area of the eye that was complex to operate on.
I had seen previous doctors who were quite perplexed by the rather rare lesion growing in my eye, but with Dr. Aliza, from the first moment, I felt she was in control and understood what I was going through and how to proceed in terms of a medical solution to the situation. The process involved minimal pain, with Dr. Aliza accompanying me throughout the entire journey, including during the surgery itself.
She was calming, explaining the surgery and what was happening at each stage, and attentive to me throughout, with a great deal of emotional intelligence.
The lesion I had in my eye was quite large and very noticeable externally, and it was removed entirely without even leaving a small scar as a reminder! Everyone around me was shocked by the fact that no trace of the lesion remained
and that the surgery went so smoothly, allowing me to return to my routine very quickly.
As a customer, I almost always speak up when something doesn't work well, but when things are good, I don't always remember to stop and give praise, and here I felt I had to,
and I think that says it all and reflects my experience and summarizes my response in the best possible way.
