The next day I was still suffering from extreme pain, so I went to the women's emergency room in Ichilov, and there I was also examined by a gynecologist, and he did not hurt like Dr. Samuel.
During the visit, the doctor records things only by hand and not on the computer. I needed a visit summary, so I called the secretary to ask for it. When I didn't receive it two weeks later, I called to ask again. The secretary's first response was "I sent you two weeks ago". I said "Okay. I did not get. Let's check"
I understand that sometimes things like this end up in spam by mistake. All I wanted was to find out together, to verify the email and that, if necessary, they would send it again.
I wasn't given a chance to do that while the secretary scolded me that I even needed to say sorry to her because she had already sent... (Sorry for what? I didn't come with complaints). At the end the secretary hung up on me without allowing me to ask if the results of the pap test that had been taken had come back.
