''My dear Osnat
I was operated on by you (sleeve) in 2009, and you were truly an inspiration to me, both as a person and professionally.
This time, after you referred me to a conversation with the surgeon before another operation {gastric bypass}
after receiving a negative answer
I very much wanted to consult with you in order to finally exhaust the possibilities, which I did not get in my conversation with the surgeon
From your secretary I received a terse and very cold response regarding a meeting, which apparently came from you

''Dr. Raziel provides service wholeheartedly. In an introductory conversation, covering various aspects regarding recommended treatment. Her support during the recovery period is very containing and reassuring.
Dr. Raziel is a dear woman and a good doctor who will do everything for her patients.
