''Dr. Melikov is a true professional when it comes to migraines. I came after three years of dealing with migraines and being diagnosed with chronic migraine a few months ago - this involves high-intensity headaches on a daily basis. Dr. Pyotr listened attentively to the symptoms I experience, their intensity, frequency, and even examined treatments and tests I had undergone before coming to him. Every question I asked him, he was able to provide an answer and support what was said with research done and knowledge he has accumulated over the years. I was referred for several additional tests and introduced to new treatments such as gepants (Nurtec and Ubrelvy) which help me greatly during a migraine attack, and a subcutaneous injection called Vyepti once every three months which is supposed to be preventive and have a cumulative effect. In addition, the clinic also offers additional services of acupuncture and the use of electrical pulses at points related to pain areas in the head from a doctor named Aviv who is a very professional and pleasant person. Currently, I am two months after my first treatment with Dr. Pyotr - I have had my first Vyepti injection and I use gepants at the moment of an attack, in addition I also use Aviv's services and have had several sessions of acupuncture and electrical pulses - I feel a very significant improvement in my condition, both the frequency of pain has decreased significantly, from pain once a day to pain once every two or three days and sometimes even more than that, and the intensity of pain has decreased significantly from an intensity of 7/8 for a standard pain to an intensity of 2/3 and thus in the last month and a half I have been able to function almost fully and without absences from work or social events. I am continuing treatments now with full force, looking forward to the next Vyepti injection and even considering combining Botox treatment which is also supposed to help greatly in stopping the pain. I hope and wish for the continuation of treatments and hope to reach a state where the number of migraine attacks will decrease to a few days a month and with low intensity.
