I received excellent service and treatment.
Courteous, efficient, and professional at all stages of care: from scheduling appointments, through administrative matters such as Form 17, reminders and reception, to the nurse who receives you, the nurse who takes oxygen readings and blood pressure and calms you down a bit, and of course the operating room staff from the elite unit.
And of course, all under the direction of Dr. Kaplan, whom I hope to meet only at joyous and particularly boring events.
