''Fast service, everything was organized in an orderly manner from appointment scheduling, communication with the staff, to the treatment itself. Dr. Kaplan was attentive, professional, explained everything including doubts that arose after the surgery. Additionally, a few hours after mother was discharged home, the clinic called to ensure she was feeling well.

''I was looking for a doctor who specializes in Mohs surgery due to a suspected cancerous lesion in my grandmother, and I found Dr. Kaplan with many excellent reviews of his work online and made an appointment for my grandmother with him. I couldn't have expected how caring and professional Dr. Kaplan and his amazing team would be towards us. Dr. Kaplan examined the lesion my grandmother had, dedicated all the time needed to listen to her and examine her, and even insisted on checking the rest of the lesions on my grandmother's face and took a biopsy of another suspicious lesion. In the end, it turned out that both lesions were cancerous, which no other dermatologist we had been to previously for a whole year had thought to thoroughly check or diagnose. We came after several weeks for Mohs surgery at Assuta with Dr. Kaplan, he did it professionally and quickly, and the team explained the follow-up treatment after the surgery and also possible effects in the area after the surgery that are expected and there's no need to worry about. That same evening, the team even called me to check on my grandmother's condition after the surgery. Even before the surgery, I would consult with Dr. Kaplan's team on WhatsApp, and they always gave quick and professional responses that alleviated many of my concerns and worries about my grandmother. From the beginning of the process to its end, I only saw the great affection of Dr. Kaplan and his team for the medical profession and concern for their patients, and I can only wish that more doctors would follow in his footsteps and learn from him.
