Throughout the entire period before the surgery, he maintained continuous contact, stayed updated on all test results, advised, explained, and accompanied me actively and devotedly.
Even after the surgery, he came to the department to personally explain to me how the surgery had gone, made sure follow-up care was arranged, and even helped schedule a follow-up appointment.
Several days after the surgery, I had to return to the emergency room due to another episode of pain. Even though it was a Friday evening, Dr. Green came specially to the emergency room to examine me personally and decide on further treatment. During the hospitalization that followed, he came to visit me every day, closely monitored the test results, explained the findings, consulted and recommended further investigation, and made sure to exhaust all diagnostic options in order to understand the source of the problem and provide the appropriate treatment.
Beyond his professionalism and thoroughness, what impressed me most was his sense of personal responsibility, dedication, and sincere care. At no point did I feel like just another patient. I always felt that someone was seeing the full picture, following up, thinking things through, explaining, and being there for me.
