And our ability to finally receive a medical response that sees the whole picture was truly significant for us. In the conversation with me, you showed sensitivity, compassion, and asked central and good questions. You gave several practical advice that were helpful to me. And your recommendations regarding medications were accepted by the doctors treating me. Likewise, your willingness to stay in contact with us, and to help afterwards as well, to answer questions and requests - I greatly appreciated! This is dedicated caring and interest, and it has great value. And I was also very impressed and appreciated your patience - to listen and let me lay out the full picture and my concerns. And afterwards you answered calmly and extensively, and also with humility and professional modesty. And this is not taken for granted either! One disadvantage, father said - you did not inquire about the high payment capability. I have financial limitations and you did not ask or show interest. In my assessment and opinion, you could have given me even a modest discount. Also the availability afterwards, after the initial meeting - was slow. We need to find a faster way. At least to confirm that the referral was received and that you will return as soon as possible. But you apologized for the delay and took responsibility. I understand this is a technical matter and nothing more. But this is an important matter for the client at the end. In conclusion, I am dealing with a complex health and mental functional challenge, and your presence had very great value. I would have been happy if I could continue with ongoing accompaniment over time, in a more regular manner. But at these amounts it is not possible unfortunately. Thank you very much for your help!
