The process began at the diagnosis stage and the recommendation for surgery.
When it was determined by the health fund specialists that I needed to undergo medical surgery as soon as possible, I requested that Dr. Stein contact me.
To my delight, Dr. Stein agreed and explained to me fully and patiently about the surgical process, the chances and risks, and the expected recovery process.

On the day of the surgery, Dr. Stein accompanied me with his team throughout the entire procedure (the surgery is performed under local anesthesia) and explained every step during the operation. This was very helpful and relieved any concerns.
During the surgical process, Dr. Stein acted in a highly professional manner, consulted with his team, and explained to me that he was working to ensure the result would be excellent, not merely very good.
This instilled in me a great deal of confidence that I was in good hands.
Throughout the recovery week, Dr. Stein was in personal contact with me and verified that I was feeling well and that there were no complications or disruptions to my daily routine.
I was pleased to see that at the time of the suture removal (approximately 10 days after the surgery), Dr. Stein performed the procedure personally and that he was satisfied with the results of the surgery.
From my perspective, as someone who underwent surgery for the first time in their life, I have no point of comparison, and Dr. Stein has in his past (over the last two years) approximately 150 similar surgeries.
Dr. Stein invited me for a follow-up visit in about two months, and I hope that the recovery process will continue.
There is no doubt that he is a professional, skilled surgeon, and no less importantly, attentive and humane.
(I have no family relations or prior acquaintance with Dr. Ran Stein 😉)
