''I had fertility preservation done with Professor Mechtinger. She is pleasant, sensitive, and professional (not easy to find in the world of gynecology). She took the time to answer all my questions and treated both me and my partner in a very respectful manner. When we began the process itself, she gave me direct access to her (via email and WhatsApp), which proved to be very necessary as questions arise in the moment (and she answered all of them). This is truly not something to be taken for granted. During the procedure itself, her mere presence calmed me down.
My only regret is that she no longer works with Clalit (and it was still worth paying the full amount).
