''Over the past 25 years, I have been dealing with a hair loss problem. During those years, alongside reading countless articles, opinions, and medical papers on the subject, I have been regularly taking Minoxidil and Finasteride (along with other things whose scientific effectiveness is unclear). In the past year, I realized that this long battle had been exhausted and that medicine, at least at this stage, had done its maximum in my situation. Despite serious concerns that prevented me from considering a hair transplant process — due to my ability to always identify this type of transplant (it tends to look unnatural), the lengthy recovery process, and doubts about the professionalism of clinics in the country compared to those abroad — I began a lengthy journey to carefully examine clinics in Israel. During this examination, I visited more than 7 different clinics, which I found through reading, reviews, and prior research. This decision stemmed from the desire to achieve the most precise results, harvest the greatest number of follicles (as required), and allow sufficient time for the scalp and the body in general to recover between transplants. Although the decision involved a higher cost and a longer time span to complete the process, in this specific case, it was an excellent decision! The transplant itself is an exhausting event that involves many hours, a bit of pain, and above all a great deal of boredom, but during both transplants I confirmed that I had made the right choice, both in terms of professionalism, patience, and above all the humanity that accompanied these processes. Yaron, Sarit, and the very dedicated and professional team of staff demonstrated willingness, accessibility, understanding, and professionalism at the highest level during those long hours. As of writing this review, I am approximately 7 months after the scalp transplant (approximately 2,200 follicles) and 4 months after the crown transplant (approximately 2,200 follicles), and the results, as of this moment, are inspiring admiration among those around me and, most importantly, in my own eyes. The meticulous work, the planning beforehand, and the precise execution during the transplant become more evident as time goes on. The results at this stage are still far from the final outcome, and in the follow-up meetings held since then, Yaron and Sarit have maintained the same calm and professional approach, according to which they are completely here and whatever is needed to maximize the results will be carried out by them in the most immediate and professional manner. Although I entered the process itself feeling pessimistic and full of concerns, the daily look in the mirror proves that there is a very professional, humane, and accessible clinic in the country, and therefore it was necessary to write this warm recommendation. Go to Yaron and Sarit, you will not regret it.

So we talked about dense-pack, recommended punch size, hairline design, the technique of extracting singles from doubles, fronto-temporal angle, transplanting between existing hair follicles, the importance of cleaning scabs to prevent fibrosis and scarring that later changes the growth angle of the follicle, and more. As they say - I 'dug deep', and believe me - he probably really loves the field and is obsessive about it - he dug back into each topic, with love and patience. As someone who has been following Dr. Bisanga (one of the world's leading doctors in hair transplantation) for two years, I was more than happy to discover that it's not for nothing that the clinic in Israel is called BHR-Israel (BHR is Dr. Bisanga's clinic). It's not a franchise and another 'branch' whose purpose is to take a famous name to exploit it for making money. The knowledge, professionalism, and standards are truly at a very high level, probably like at the parent clinic. As an Israeli, it's gratifying to know that we have such a high-quality option here. In the end, we transplanted 1600 follicles to thicken the thin hairline I was left with from the previous transplant, and additionally, we did a punch-out (extraction) of follicles from the previous transplant that impaired the aesthetic appearance of the hairline, and used them in another location. I won't elaborate too much on the experience of the treatment itself (because it's the most tedious part to read, everyone writes the same things), but it was excellent and almost pain-free. Personally (and this of course varies from case to case), I must note that the recovery was much, much easier for me compared to the previous transplant. The last time, I stayed in an apartment close to the clinic for 5 days (two days of transplantation). Despite the kind and friendly staff, it wasn't easy for me.
