''When the oncologist informed us that my wife's illness had returned, an enormous psychological crisis arrived.
We scheduled a meeting with Dr. Ilan Volkov.
Ilan understood the importance of the situation, and therefore met with us immediately, was attentive to our needs, and provided us with medical treatment so we could cope with the new reality.
Later we received additional recommendations and insights from him, but the immediate meeting and providing an emergency solution was the important thing that helped us overcome and deal with the illness in a better way.
