''I went to Dr. Ofek for an extended excision surgery of two skin lesions, with great concern. Dr. Ofek thoroughly examined the documents and pathology I had, asked relevant medical questions, and explained to me the entire process I was about to undergo. He listened to my questions and answered them professionally, patiently, and with empathy, which dispelled my concerns even before the surgery.
The surgery went smoothly, Dr. Ofek did everything to make me feel comfortable, and I felt I was in good and professional hands. Since this wasn't my first time having lesions removed, I could compare the process, execution, and aftercare. The incision was sutured and bandaged with a special plaster that didn't require additional care afterwards, nor antibiotics, and there was no pain or discomfort.
