Dear Natalia, a lipoma (which differs tremendously from lymphoma) is a benign subcutaneous lesion composed of fat cells that gradually multiply. Many patients postpone treating the problem due to fear of surgery, even though the surgery is relatively simple, and allow the lipoma to grow over time. I recommend everyone not to postpone the surgery and to remove lipomas before they grow larger... I also do not recommend allowing people who are not doctors to try to treat the problem with treatments that "leave no scar," because the problem is not treated at its root by someone who is not a doctor, and the lipoma returns.
