However, you continued to complain mainly about eye discharge. I concluded that this issue was caused by a problem with tear drainage and not blepharitis. I recommended that you consult with an oculoplastic specialist regarding this separate issue. IPL is just one of the treatments I have for blepharitis, and the reason I didn't offer you additional treatments is because I didn't think they would help you with the discharge. Good luck
