About a week later I was already standing on my feet and after a few more days I was walking freely without assistive devices, I did not suffer from pain because I was careful to take the medications according to the schedule. I performed the exercises exactly as demonstrated to me in the video clips in the application and also walked a lot as required of me. The first two weeks are difficult because there are various basic limitations and also the operated leg is heavy and swollen and you need to walk with compression socks and more, but this passes quickly and adherence to the instructions advances the recovery. Today, a month later, I take daily fast walks of about 2 km each time, perform strength exercises twice a week with my legs accompanied by a physiotherapist (these are things I have not done for many years), the surgical wound is closed, there is still a little swelling and I have not yet reached full flexion, I am actually almost in full function better than I was for years before the surgery.
The surgery is a medical miracle and it is a pity that I did not do it several years ago, I was impressed that Dr. Vadim is a doctor at the highest professional level in the country and in the world in addition to being a nice person, the many good opinions written about him are justified, I highly recommend him.
