First of all, it was very difficult to find the clinic. The address listed in Maccabi's system was incorrect, and the directions sent by the secretary were unclear, which made getting there unnecessarily frustrating.
During the visit, I felt that the doctor treated my concerns **dismissively** instead of taking them seriously. I explained what symptoms I was experiencing, but he did not perform a physical examination and kept saying that "there's nothing to worry about," without clearly explaining what this determination was based on.
I left feeling that I had not really been listened to, and without gaining a better understanding of my symptoms. After traveling specifically from far away based on a recommendation, I expected more attentiveness and a more thorough examination.
