The secretary, Dana, is amazing - she accompanies and assists with the insurance company's bureaucracy, coordinates the surgery appointment at the most suitable time for the patient, so that the entire support system feels embracing and makes the surgery experience pleasant and comfortable.
I am certain that with another doctor in the public health system, the surgery would have been performed with a full abdominal incision. Furthermore, other doctors had stressed me out by saying that my condition was complex and that such a surgery carries many risks...
