To Prof. Dean, we arrived after searching for a surgeon for our son. From the very first moment we met, we felt we were in the best and most professional hands for our son.
Beyond the professionalism, we encountered a person who knew how to sensitively identify the need to prioritize the surgery due to the upcoming military service.
I must say that our opinion of the coordinator and wonderful secretary Alona was equally important to us. From the very first moment, she gave us hope and a positive outlook for our son, that things would turn out in the best possible way, and so they did!!!
We are one day after the surgery, and up to this moment, there has not even been a need for a single painkiller.
Beyond the positive experience my son went through, I felt that we were in safe hands both after the surgery and after we were discharged home. Prof. Dean asked that if we encounter any problem, we should contact him on his personal mobile phone, which gave us a good feeling and reassurance that we were going home for the weekend with the sense that we are not alone, even afterward...
In summary of the experience, we could not have made a better choice for our son, and I wholeheartedly recommend him.
