Dr. Ido Mizrahi is number 1 in the field in Israel, very professional and an expert surgeon of the highest order. I always came to him prepared with many questions and I dug a lot into my problem to understand, I can say that he is a patient and caring person who answered all the questions before and after the surgery. I suffered from a perianal abscess that after drainage surgery turned into a fistula!! When I realized what a fistula means and that there is a danger of damaging the muscles of the sphincters if I fall for an unprofessional surgeon, I went on a quest to find Dr. Mizrahi. I read all the comments and recommendations written about him on the Internet. to the ER with a straight stab in the heart. After many hours of research I decided that I would undergo the surgery. And it's good that I did so, the fistula was deep (high) and passes through the muscles of the sphincters, which I feared from the beginning!! Dr. Ido offered me a 2-stage operation, in the first stage inserting a seton for a period of 3 months so that the fistula would be superficial and pass through the muscles in a natural way without damaging the muscles. This stage after the operation was very difficult for me to live with the annoying and painful seton!! But it was worth enduring 3 months Than, God forbid, to damage the sphincter muscles and become disabled with lifelong medication. The second stage was opening the fistula to dry and heal and this is a light operation that I regained myself after days in terms of movement walking sitting and pain that was almost non-existent. Today at a follow-up visit and a month after the surgery, I thank God and Dr. Ido Mizrahi that I recovered and that I chose him and treated me properly. Some people fall for bad surgeons and suffer from this problem for years until they give up and in the end go to India to undergo this surgery successfully. Thank God within a few months I came out with it. I know the review is long and detailed, but Dr. Mizrahi deserves it.
