At my first meeting with Irma, I felt that she truly saved me. The pain from an ingrown toenail was surprisingly intense and made it hard for me to walk, and I was worried I would miss an event that was important to me. By the end of the treatment, I went home with great relief and a patient explanation of the condition and how to prevent it in the future. When another problem arose in my foot, I called her immediately and received professional treatment for my nails, as well as advice regarding skin friction on the toe caused by a protruding bone. Irma is very kind.
