Old silicone implants can wear out and leak over time. Therefore, it is recommended to replace them every 10 years. On this occasion, it is also possible to reduce or enlarge the implants, and if not interested in replacing with new implants => it is possible to combine the implant removal surgery with breast lift, which allows the chest to look fuller than if the lift had not been performed. Dear Almog, Everyone is familiar with the fact that women sometimes suffer from breasts that are too large, but much fewer people are aware that it is possible to surgically treat large male breasts (gynecomastia in medical terms) and solve the problem permanently. The surgery lasts between an hour and a half to two hours, and mainly involves liposuction of the chest and removal of breast tissue (if present).
