דר' גורדון קיבלה אותי ללא דיחוי, עוד באותו יום שיצרתי קשר (התפנה תור אחר). עוד בטרם ההגעה, התבקשתי למלא סקר רפואי, שכבר הבהיר לי שמדובר ברמת מקצועיות אחרת. הסקר שדרכו דר' גורדון ביקשה ללמוד על הרפואי הציף סוגיות ונושאים, שרק תוך המענה עליו גרמו לי להבין עד כמה הם רלוונטים וענייניים, ועם זאת אף רופא מבין שלושת הקודמים לא שאל אותי את השאלות הללו. 
בפגישה עצמה היה ניכר שדר' גורדון בעלת נסיון רב, לא רק בתחום הרפואי, אלא גם בהתנהלות מול הצבא והפקת מסמכים וחוות דעת עבור הצבא. עם זאת, היה לה חשוב, מעבר לסיוע מול הבירוקרטיה, בראש ובראשונה - לתת מענה רפואי אמיתי. היא הזדהתה עם המצוקה שהמיגרנות יוצרות, והתייחסה לא רק להשפעה הנקודתית, אלא להשפעה על איכות החיים באופן כללי. 
דר' גורדון משלבת מקצועיות מקיפה ועמוקה, הבנה בנהלים ובירוקרטיה, ואמפתיה שמציבה את המטופל במרכז. ממליץ בחום!

Dr. Gordon received me without delay, on the very same day I contacted her (an appointment slot had opened up). Even before the visit, I was asked to fill out a medical survey, which already made it clear that this was a different level of professionalism. The survey, through which Dr. Gordon sought to learn about my medical history, raised issues and topics that, just by answering them, made me realize how relevant and pertinent they were, and yet none of the three previous doctors had asked me these questions. 
At the meeting itself, it was evident that Dr. Gordon has extensive experience, not only in the medical field, but also in dealing with the army and producing documents and opinions for the army. However, what was important to her, beyond assistance with bureaucracy, was first and foremost - to provide genuine medical care. She identified with the distress that migraines cause, and addressed not only their immediate impact, but also their effect on overall quality of life. 
Dr. Gordon combines comprehensive and deep professionalism, understanding of procedures and bureaucracy, and empathy that puts the patient at the center. Warmly recommended!
